Brecon House is a detached property located near the town centre in Merthyr Tydfil. There is ample free parking around the back with a path leading to both the rear and front entrance of the property. Inside, the property consists of 3 bedrooms, an upstairs bathroom, Living/Dining room, Kitchen, Utility/Repair room and downstairs toilet.

The Garden

- Spilt into two sections, Bike Wash area & Bike Storage/Dining area.

- Secure Bike Shed for safe storage of up to 7 bikes or other equipment (we advise you bring your own locks for added security).

- 2 plug sockets within the shed for charging E-bikes or other equipment.

- Bike Wash area consists of 2 fixed bike stands and hose.

- Large dining table and matching bench, seating up to 8 people.

- Outside camera facing over the garden and parking area.

- Clearly labelled recycling area.

The Living Room

- A 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa and dining chairs provide ample seating.

- 50" Smart TV with Netflix, Disney + and Roku all included.

- Drinks fridge right next to the sofa.

- Retro gaming system and 4 controllers.

- Variety of board games, both for children and adults.

The Dining Area

- Hand built dining table made out of discarded scaffold boards, accompanied with a matching bench, two stools and two super comfy dining chairs.

While the shed is secure and anker points are fitted, for security reasons we do not provide a chain or lock to secure bikes. So please keep this in mind and bring your own.

Ample free parking is available at the rear of the property, but please be courteous and avoid parking in front of the path that leads through the main street.

Don't worry about bringing your own towels (unless you want to) as these are provided.

If you are bringing your fury friend with you, there is a stair gate kept within the utility room which we would ask you to fit at the bottom of the stairs to avoid breaching our house rules as pets must remain down stairs.
